Vapor Normally it should be the same or difference?

I'd like to ask about Ruyan E-Cigar. I bought two of E-Cigar from China, one is Plain Package from eBay, and another one is Gift Box Package from RUYAN China Official site. I found that Gift Box Package is better than E-Cigar Plain Package. The LED light of Plain Package cut in 3 seconds while Gift Box cut in 5 seconds. Moreover vapor from Plain Package has a bit less than Gift Box Package. Normally it should be the same or difference?  Please advice.
